This internationally recognized course is designed to strengthen competencies and skills needed to manage ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and assess conformity with the standard. Conducted over five (5) consecutive days, participants will be guided through the entire audit process from audit planning to follow-up, through a combination of lectures, workshops and audit simulations.

Course Pre-requisite

Course participants are expected to have a good knowledge of ISO 9001, its commonly used quality management terms and definitions, the seven (7) quality management principles, the key principles of QMS and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
